It was a long weekend, but I can't complain... the guys definitely stayed up longer than I did all weekend. But they were camped out 5 minutes away, while I had to truck it about 35 minutes away, which isn't very conducive to the drinking and partying all night long.
I will not have that problem at World Fantasy Con in Madison WI this coming November, since I am still hopeful of getting a hotel room there.
It was great putting faces to many of the names I already knew, and meeting new ones as well. Kade from the alienEthOS podcast was a blast, and since he's local I'm guessing we'll be hearing a lot more from him, possibly on Wingin' It, Slice of SciFi, and maybe even KAMN.
Who else showed up that said "Hi"?
