I'm afraid mine was a junior version (fist sized), but I had surgery, and am halfway through Chemotherapy. Keep the faith my man. It's one of those cancers that can be beaten. Keep it positive, and just keep telling yourself that it'll be gone soon, and you can get on with the business of surviving. Peace. I too had a Kuato diagnosed back in July.
