I had no idea the Colosseum only rarely allowed filming there. John Frankenheimer filmed some scenes there in <em>Ronin</em> (starring Robert DeNiro). Oh, and thanks for the link to <a href="http://eatourbrains.com/EoB/2006/12/14/shuggoth-off-to-buffalo/" rel="nofollow">Carol of the Old Ones</a>... it's brilliant! That’s amazing. I had no idea the Colosseum only rarely allowed filming there.
